Oh my God. Yeah, f*ck it.

Mixed emotions. Lots of mixed emotions. I’m glimpsing signs of spring, but then we’ll have rain and damp and cold again. I’m up, I’m down, and down, and more down, then up again. I am vacillating between overwhelm and having no f*cks to give.

So, I journal.
And then I feel better.

There are energetic changes happening. My BFF would say that there’s liberation in this. I believe it.
